FAQs

Do I need a trial?
For the bride? Usually yes. It lets us discuss and try out hair ideas, without any time pressure. It allows me to advise on hair extensions/padding, photograph the hairstyles, check hair type, wedding accessories, wedding dress or veil and work out timings, so there are no "surprises" on your wedding morning. Simply, it makes sure things will run smoothly for the whole bridal party on the day.
If a trial isn't possible (overseas brides) I will arrive earlier on the wedding day to allow time for adjustments. The cost remains £150.

How long will my wedding hair take?
This depends on the final hairstyle you want, and the preparation required to achieve that look (curling, straightening, etc). There is no time limit on the wedding trial to ensure you are completely happy with the final result. On average, a wedding trial will take 2-3 hours for the bride. It is not compulsory for bridesmaids/party members to have a trial. Saturday appointments are reserved for brides only during peak times, March - September.

When do I pay?
It is £100 to secure the date. Once this payment has been received, your date will be secured for you. Full payment is due 21 days before the wedding date.

I want to book, but I'm not ready for a trial
I book up quite quickly therefore it is best to secure your date with a deposit. Once payment of £100 is received, your date will be secured and you can arrange your trial for a time that suits you. Generally 2-3 months before the wedding date.

How much will it cost?
Prices are here. Please note a minimum party size of bride + 3 bridal party member/guest (£315 minimum) + travel  is required per booking.

My wedding venue is far away. Will I incur a travelling surcharge?
Travel is charged at 50pence per mile.
